Strategic sourcing
We identify and qualify suppliers, compare price, lead time and reliability, and negotiate terms that protect you.

We manage international sourcing and supply chains, with particular depth on the corridor between the United States and West Africa. One team handles suppliers, export paperwork, freight and clearance, and with our own USDOT operating authority we can haul freight ourselves.
Most delays happen at handoffs: a missing certificate, an unclear Incoterm, cargo waiting at port. We own those handoffs and keep you updated at each one.
We identify and qualify suppliers, compare price, lead time and reliability, and negotiate terms that protect you.
DeliverablesWe prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and export filings so cargo leaves on time.
DeliverablesWe book ocean (FCL or LCL) or air freight, arrange insurance and consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers.
DeliverablesWith local partners at the destination port, we clear cargo and deliver it to site, including heavy or sensitive equipment.
DeliverablesWe hold active USDOT operating authority, so we can haul freight ourselves: supplier pickups, transfers to port and delivery to site.
DeliverablesWith our Cybersecurity practice, we assess the suppliers and carriers you depend on and build safeguards into contracts.
DeliverablesWe quote on whichever Incoterm suits you and make sure everyone in the chain understands it. The common ones on our corridor:
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| EXW | Buyer collects at the seller's premises and carries all cost and risk from there. |
| FOB | Seller loads the goods on the vessel at the origin port; risk passes once on board. |
| CIF | Seller pays freight and insurance to the destination port; risk passes on board at origin. |
| DAP | Seller delivers to the named place ready for unloading; buyer handles import clearance. |
| DDP | Seller delivers to the named place and pays import duties and clearance. |
Engagements are scoped to the organization. A first conversation is free and carries no commitment.
Practical guidance from the team.
The Incoterm on your quote decides who pays for what, and where the risk passes. For high-value equipment, that choice matters.
