As Operations Lead, he runs Paradigm's client engagements and day-to-day operations, including its freight hauling under the company's USDOT operating authority.
As President, Philomina sets the firm's direction. She holds a PhD in Computer Science and brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, health informatics and biomedical consulting. She guides the rigor behind Paradigm's security assessments, health technology and biomedical recommendations.
